บทคัดย่อ

         การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการรู้ในสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 25 และ 2) ศึกษาความต้องการของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 25 ในการพัฒนาแผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ช่วยให้นักเรียนเกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์และมีความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลของนักเรียนกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ครูวิทยาศาสตร์ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 25 จำนวน 84 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา หาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

            ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้

            1. สภาพการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ในสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 25 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.43, S.D. = 0.57)

            2. ความต้องการของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในการพัฒนาแผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ช่วยให้นักเรียนเกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์และมีความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลของนักเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (=3.90, S.D. = 0.72)

              3. ครูวิทยาศาสตร์สนใจเข้าร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และมีข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการตามกระบวนการ Lesson Study (LS) มีความถี่สูงสุดไปหาต่ำสุด คือ 1) ควรจัดสรรเงินสนับสนุนบางส่วนเพื่อจัดหาสื่อ/นวัตกรรม/เคมีภัณฑ์สำหรับการทดลองให้กับโรงเรียน 2) การจัดหาสื่อและอุปกรณ์ควรเป็นไปตามจุดประสงค์ ตัวบ่งชี้ และมาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พ.ศ. 2551 3) ควรจัดฝึกอบรมการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์โดยเน้นรูปแบบและเทคนิควิธีการให้ทันกับต่างประเทศ 4) การจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ควรส่งเสริมให้มีการออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อกระบวนการคิดที่หลากหลาย และ 5) สถานที่ควรเป็นที่โรงแรม หรือสถานที่อื่นมากกว่าโรงเรียนหรือเขตพื้นที่ ตามลำดับ

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the state of learning activities organized in science learning subjects of science teachers; junior high school under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office 25 and 2) to study the needs of science teachers. junior high school under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 25 in developing plans for science learning activities that help students achieve results and have the reasoning ability of the target group of students, including science teachers. junior high school under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Area 25, totaling 84 persons. Tools used in the research. as a questionnaire Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to find frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and content analysis

The research results can be summarized as follows:

            1. The condition of organizing learning activities in the science learning subject of science teachers’ junior high school under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 25 were generally at a moderate level. ( =3.43, S.D. = 0.57).

            2. Needs of Science Teachers junior high school to develop a plan for science learning activities that help students achieve student achievement and reasoning abilities. Overall, it was at a high level    ( =3.90, S.D. = 0.72).

            3. Science teacher Interested in joining the workshop and there are suggestions on organizing workshops according to the Lesson Study (LS) process with the highest to lowest frequency, namely: 1) Partial funding should be allocated to provide media/innovations/chemicals for experiments to schools; 2) Procurement of media and equipment should be in accordance with the objectives, indicators and learning standards according to the Basic Education Core Curriculum 2008. 4) Scientific learning management should promote the design of learning activities for a variety of thought processes and      5) The location should be a hotel. or other places than schools or districts, respectively
